As I set down to meditate in the darkness of the early morning hours, I am surrounded by the amber glow of a dimly lit salt lamp.
Quickly in front of me appears a female spirit with a blueish energy or skin color (kinda looked like a being from the movie Avatar).
The first thing she spoke was “It is a time of purging”.
I was a bit taken back as the energy felt really strong and forward. I think she noticed.
“Astara” she spoke…. I took this to be her name.
“You are purging what you can no longer tolerate. You are purging, rebirthing, reinventing and reinvesting in what really matters to the Soul”.
“You are being purged of discordant energies from egoism, inauthentic presentations and a lack or presence in your lives”.
“Starseeds and lightworkers will find themselves very bothered by these things as they are lower vibration consciousness”.
“Do not make assumptions. Assumptions are ego based and distract you from your divine knowing”.
“What appears as chaos and upset to your human perception is really healing on the Soul levels”.
Then she paused for a moment.
“Let us talk about what you call truth”.
“There is no one truth and therefore all else is false”.
“Truth in actuality is a statement that reflects ones reality and belief”.
(My mind was a bit blown by that statement)
“When 2 people have different truths, understand neither is wrong; merely, they reside in differing realities. Once humanity understands this concept, you will release judgement, and peace and compassion will spread like wildfire”.
The energy suddenly disappeared.
Quickly I felt like I was spinning and bracing the sides of the chair I was sitting in.
An image, much like a tattered photograph appeared before me, unclear at first, like I was trying to see through patches of fog. I see what looks like an old pocket watch or old compass, and the dial was moving in circles, as if I was traveling through time.
From behind me came another Spirit. I could feel by the energy he was a Native American Elder. He came forth with information for you, and for me and my work.
He psychically identified himself as Black Elk, a holy man of the Oglala Lakota Sioux.
This sacred man was known for his visions about humanity. A book was written about his life and visions called Black Elk Speaks in the early 1930s.
I was beyond humbled that he came to me.
He speaks to me of energy and his life. How there were times he did things he didn’t want to, but it was because it was for the greater good of his people. How he battled with his feels of anger and wanting revenge for all the people he saw hurt and killed. He battled with his feelings of being a survivor when so many others perished.
He says he did things he regrets in his life but he grew to become proud of who he was.
To me, it feels he is an example of what true divine power looks and feels like, and the value of self-forgiveness.
He was a man of great sensitivity and giftedness, having visions as young as 5.
Hey was also a Heyoka.
A Heyoka is a gifted healer and super-empath.
To the Sioux, you are deemed a Heyoka should you be visited by the Thunder Beings.
Heyokas instill their wisdom and healing through means of making you laugh if you find yourself in states of despair. You see, laughter loosens you up to be able to take in hard truths.
The opposite can also be said for those who are overly "happy" or are a little too sure of their safety and place in life. For these people, sadness is the best way to deliver a hard truth.
“Life is a circle and we must always understand that what is up may come down and vice versa. Its how we honor the path of life. Not giving one thing to much meaning, and too little to another”.
Black Elk says, “Truth comes into this life in 2 ways… with sadness and suffering (to humble those who need it) and with a smile and laughter (to lift those who are hopeless and hurting)”.
“It is the sacred time of Spring when birth comes for many”.
“During the cold of Winter, we pull into ourselves much like going into cocoon. A part of our self dies each Winter to be reborn in the Spring”.
(and a vision of a little hopping goat comes in.. you know… those cute little ones who hop and dance all over!)
“There is new life, new energy and the desire grows stronger to change, to grow and heal”.
“Naturally, the essence of Spring is welcoming. The light and warmth of the Sun comes closer, making us feel more alive within and to give us joy”.
“The world of concrete and asphalt has taken you away from the heart of who you are- which is Peace”.
“Yes, times have changed but the essence of your Soul has not, nor has the gifts of Mother Earth”.
“For those imprisoned by technology, can you not take your computers outside beneath a tree for a moment”?
“Can you not reconnect your hearts to the heart of our Mother”?
“Those who are awakened now will feel the desire to slow down, to observe, to reflect and breathe”.
“Many are seeking new homes where you can have quiet, less hustle and bustle of big city life”.
“The energy of big city life is indeed mesmerizing, yet it serves as a distraction and will eventually run you down. The only antidote is nature, our Mother”.
“As our Mother is being reborn again, so too, are you”.
“Join your hearts together”.
“Bloom together”.
Become beautiful again… together”.
Then his energy gently parts ways.
Next, I find myself in an empty classroom, the chair a little to small for my butt, indicating this is a classroom for children.
There is a huge chalkboard in front of me and someone has their back to me slowly erasing the blackboard. I do not know who the man is, but he too, is Native American and I could feel deep sadness within him.
He looks over his right shoulder at me, crossed.
“Do you see what you have done”? he speaks angrily.
I was taken back at this, but realized it wasn’t me… it was what we were doing as a collective.
“You are hurting the children” he speaks.
“Curiosity and playfulness is their therapy”.
“The children are hurting because this has been taken away from them”.
“They are told what to do and what to think… choice is often taken away from them and they no longer have visions of their own”.
Not sure where this was going, I got a bit nervous.
“In the schools today, children are not taught history. They are taught fictions and beliefs as facts… the history of life being erased with the passing of each generation”.
“Do you not see they are destined to make the same mistakes if they do not understand the wrongs that were done and why? Do you see what you are doing”?
“Parents are too busy, losing their abilities to be able to be there to teach their children and be there for their children in ways of the heart and mind. This is because the adult parents of the children are also wounded. The generational wounding increases with each generation because one has not learned”.
“Understand the cycle of woundedness and how it is passed on to the next generation”.
"Do you not see their suffering? Their anxiety and depression"?
"Do you not see how they are in therapy and being medicated at time when they should be happy, exploring and smiling?"
“This is to be the time of Great Healing as foretold by many nations. It is in this time you can stop the damage and re-equip the new life and the new Earth with new wisdom”.
“The hearts of humanity are bigger now, yet they are more empty”.
“Fill the heart with nature, a good ear and laughter”.
“Fill the heart by being with your children instead of just being in the same room”.
“The memories fill the heart forming a picture… a picture that remains forever as an imprint of love”.
“Tomorrow is your gift, but understand it is never promised”.
“Live your life accordingly”.
Suddenly I feel like I'm cast back into my chair in my dimly lit room.
Not gonna lie... it feels some of this is a wakeup call.
I went to turn on my music and a song popped up.
I'm a lyrics girl and I feel it was on last message from the Spirits.
The name of the song is called Iron Sky by Paolo Nutini
I would like to leave you with this quote that I found very powerful from within that song…
To those who can hear me, I say, do not despair.
The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed.
The bitterness of men who fear human progress.
The hate of men will pass, and dictators will die.
And the power they took from the people will return to the people.
And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.
Don’t give yourselves to these unnatural men.
Machine men with machine minds and machine hearts.
You are not machines, you are not cattle, you are men!
You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful.
To make this life a wonderful adventure.
Let us use that power.
Let us all unite.
