Sacred Fire Ceremony Sat June 21st and Sat Aug 2nd

Fire is the element of the Soul.

Many indigenous and spiritual traditions do sacred fire ceremonies as a means of purification, release, transformation, and prayer. Fire is believed to carry messages to the heavens, cleanse the spirit of negativity and transform old energies that are no longer serving us.

Fire ceremonies have been performed by numerous indigenous peoples for the sake of purification, healing, connecting with ancestors. It is used to facilitate release and healing.

Ancient Druidic Celts used it to rekindle the fire in their own hearts.

Participants often offer sacred herbs known as medicines, wood, and/or written intentions that are then offered to the flames, symbolizing the release of old energies and the welcoming of new beginnings.

Celtic Fire Festival- Sat Aug 2nd: Northfield ($125)

Join me and my friend Stephanie for a Celtic Sacred fire festival at Stephanie’s property on the outskirts of Northfield on Saturday Aug 2nd from 6-9pm.  (seats are limited to 20)

We will talk about Lughnasa/Lughnasadh, one of the four pre-Celtic indigenous fire festivals of the year.

It marks the beginning of the harvest season… the perfect time to acknowledge your journey thus far and to celebrate what you have learned and how you have grown.

During this fire ceremony, we will share apple bread, a symbol of the harvesting of the first grains and first fruits of the season. We will do a gratitude release for all that we have learned and place them in the fire so that the smoke carries the prayers of gratitude to the Heavens. All medicines required for this ceremony will be provided for you.

This is a time of honoring the hard work we have done up until this point and thanking those who have helped us on our way, for a time of work shall begin once again when winter arrives.

Cacao Ceremony ($60.00)

Did you know that chocolate has incredible healing abilities?

A sacred cacao ceremony is a heart-opening, unique spiritual journey deeply rooted in ancient Central and South American shamanic practices.

Cacao, considered a sacred plant medicine, is consumed in a ceremonial setting to facilitate emotional release and spiritual awakening. The ceremony often includes meditation, drumming, and guided introspection, allowing participants to connect with themselves and others in a profound way.

These rituals, focusing on intentions, gratitude, and consciousness, allow personal transformation and spiritual awakening. Participants connect deeply with themselves and the universe, fostering a profound spiritual bond.

Cacao, in its purest form, is a key ingredient in these ceremonies and a powerhouse of health benefits supported by various research studies.

* cacao is a rich source of flavonoids, which have been linked to promoting heart health.

* cacao has an uplifting effect on mood. phenylethylamine (PEA), which induces feelings of happiness and excitement. Anandamide, often called the “bliss molecule” can induce a sense of euphoria. These natural chemicals are responsible for the emotional upliftment that many people experience during cacao ceremonies.

* cacao is loaded with antioxidants, surpassing even high-antioxidant foods like blueberries and acai berries

* cacao is linked to better cognitive function. Rich in flavonoids, cacao improves cognitive function in older adults with mild cognitive impairment.

* cacao is rich in magnesium and iron that is critical for nerve and muscle function and transporting oxygen throughout the body

The Heart-Opening Experience of Cacao

The experience within a cacao ceremony is mystical and emotional. Participants will engage in an introspective journey, opening their hearts and releasing emotions. This heart-opening process promotes grounding and self-discovery, leading to inner harmony and balance.

Join me at my office in Northfield on Saturday July 12th for a guided meditation and heart opening ceremony that eases you into a blissful feeling. This occurs just on the other side of the full moon, a wonderful time for letting things go!

*All medicines and tools required for this ceremony will be provided for you.

(address for event will be provided a few days ahead of time)

Please note that a 7 day cancellation is required for a full refund.
