Spiritual Fulfilment

 Yesterday while talking with my husband, we found ourselves talking about feeling called to do more in life. He shared thoughts and feelings after he was listening to a podcast earlier in the morning.

It got me thinking about that burning sensation we experience when we feel called to something, but don’t quite understand the message.

As we grow spiritually, we shift from “service-to self” to “service toward others”.

I noticed I was asking the question a lot lately… “what does real giving look like”?

What does true service to others look like to you?

There’s an unsettledness, a restlessness inside. I can feel the Earth trembling under my feet lately… and I know it isn’t just the uptick in volcanic activity around the world… or maybe it is. It is fire after all, and fire is what the soul is made from.

And here we are, with a new moon in Leo that will push us inwards (Mercury is also retrograde in Leo) to look at ourselves and how we show up in the world. New moons are new beginnings, so, it sure feels right that we sit at a point of change. A time of letting go and rebirth. Transformation… on a grand scale.

Gaia has been incredibly active with her rumbling and grumbling and her crazy weather. It’s no coincidence there has been incredible activity around the Ring of Fire. Gaia is shaking the world awake.

I think of it as lighting a fire under our asses.  

The manifestation of our sacred purpose is evolving and we may find ourselves with newfound inspired ideas and unexpected shifts in direction.

We are being called to nurturing the fulfilment of our hearts… HOWEVER… we cannot let intellect stifle this newfound inspiration!

There are many who are feeling called up right now by our Creator. They feel a yearning within.

Yet they do not know how to move forward.

The answer?

PEOPLE.

yeah yeah... stop rolling your eyes!

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

What is the world showing you right now?

Who do you believe yourself to be?

Do you understand your reality develops out of your beliefs?

Are you limiting yourself because of what others may think?

What narrative are you running through your head?

We all need to pause and examine our beliefs and how they move through our lives.

The relationships in our lives are mirrors and allow us to see parts of ourselves we don’t usually see. If you are willing to look, it can show you what you believe yourself and the world to be.

It is how we evolve our consciousness and personal power. It is from this place the answers become clear.

Evaluate what you have for relationships in your life… what is being reflected back to you in others?

Are you isolated and lonely? Maybe this is because you have taught yourself to believe the Earth is a hostile place and her people are dangerous and not to be trusted. Maybe you tell yourself the world is out to get you.

I see this as a common theme right now… so much division, but we are the ones electing to fall into the trap.

Now is the time to take the blinders off and hold ourselves accountable to our beliefs, for they are the threads that weave our reality.

Our souls are longing to get to the work we came here for!

Indigenous Fire Ceremony- Sat Aug 9th in Northfield 6-8pm

For centuries there have been numerous cultures who have used fire as a way of purifying themselves.

I just happen to be especially fond of fire.

Join me and my friend Stephanie for a shamanic sacred fire healing at Stephanie’s property on the outskirts of Northfield on Saturday Aug 9nd from 6-8pm.  (seats are limited to 20)

In this ceremony, we will talk about the meaning and importance of fire and smoke and how it relates to the Soul and how to use it for clearing and protection and how it can even keep us healthy.

We will talk about medicine bags and how to use them and then we will make our own.

Then we will be doing a guided journey into the lower world to meet the spirit who is here to assist you. With their assistance, we will then place our focus and intent on what we want to release and blow this energy into a conduit. A blessing with then be done, a prayer spoken silently and this conduit will then be placed into the fire for purification.

From here we will journey to the upper world where we will fill ourselves with light (you must replace what you release with light) and gaze into the mirror of reflection.
